Recommendation

A long ago, at the Medici's court, during sumptuos balls, it come the ice-cream made by the architect Buontalenti a persolality in the ice-cream history who has held his importance just to nowadays.


But they sure know how to make ice cream!

Hello, my name's Francesco and I am the owner of the Antica Gelateria Fiorentina. Thank you so much for the recommendation and I am very glad that you enjoyed the Persian, one of the tastes that has given us more satisfaction on this summer. I'm not good at speaking / writing in English. This is also the reason why I'm not writing published in English. I bought the ice cream shop in April of this year and I think that the leaflets are at least five or six years. But it is a shame to throw them and I apologize for my English and for the terrible publicity. But, as pointed out by you, the most important thing for us is to make every day a good ice cream. If you have any pictures of gelato or Florence, I'd like to see it and if you want I can post it on the site of the ice cream. If you come back in Florence, come and visit us.

Convengo pienamente! Sarebbe proprio un peccato buttare via quei volantini, che nonostante l'inglese, comunicano bene l'idea del gelato come la portata culminante di un banchetto mediceo.

Ho scoperto la gelateria, e il gusto persiano, forse nove anni fa. Mi ha fatto molto piacere vedere che, nonostante fosse cambiata la gestione, quel gusto così particolare c'era ancora.

Vengo spesso a Firenze e tornerò sicuramente all'Antica Gelateria Fiorentina.

Non ho fotografie del gelato, ma se ne faccio qualcuna la manderò senz'altro al sito.
